David Phillips, Esq. is an intelligent, reliable, fighter who achieves great results for his clients. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but handles cases throughout California. Mr. Phillips is also licensed in Washington, D.C. and represents clients there as well. 

Mr. Phillips received a B.F.A. in Dramatic Writing from the NYU Tisch School in 2013. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Law School in 2018. He loves to write, paint, and practice Yoga.
